We offer transparent shipping options tailored to different needs and budgets:

Standard Shipping (10-15 Business Days): $15 for orders under $60
Table Rate Shipping (5-10 Business Days): $25 for orders under $60
Free Standard Shipping (10-15 Business Days): Applies automatically to orders totaling $60 or more

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to most countries across North America, Europe, and select Asia-Pacific regions. Some remote locations and certain island territories may have restricted delivery options. During checkout, our system automatically verifies deliverability to your address. For specialized expedition gear requiring hazardous material handling, additional shipping restrictions may apply. Order Tracking

Upon shipment, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details. Our integrated tracking system allows you to monitor your package's journey directly through our website or the carrier's portal. For consolidated shipments containing multiple items, you may receive separate tracking numbers. If you haven't received tracking information within 5 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder before contacting customer support.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we strive for seamless deliveries, occasional transit issues may occur. If your tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days or the estimated delivery window has passed, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number. We'll immediately investigate with the carrier and keep you informed throughout the resolution process. For lost packages confirmed by the carrier, we offer reshipment or refund options at your discretion.

Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or brokerage charges imposed by their country's regulations. These fees vary significantly by destination and are determined solely by local authorities. We declare all packages with accurate product descriptions and values to comply with international shipping laws.
